Your Role

As Enterprise Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of strategic enterprise projects — particularly those involving custom development or integrations by third-party vendors. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, delivery partners, and customers to ensure that commitments made during the sales process are effectively executed. This includes challenging customer workflows when appropriate and ensuring alignment with our product roadmap in partnership with the Product team. The role also plays a crucial part in ensuring that Enterprise Sales commitments are feasible and sustainable.

This UK-based role will take ownership of project delivery after contract signing, leading planning, vendor oversight, and customer engagement through to hand-over to the implementation team to manage go-live. While the role does not manage sprint execution, it is responsible for end-to-end delivery health and vendor performance.

Your Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of enterprise projects from contract signing through to readiness for handover to the implementation team.
• Lead planning, delivery execution oversight, and timeline reporting.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers on timelines, risks, and issues.
• Drive third-party vendor performance and escalate delivery risks early.
• Coordinate briefings and delivery artefacts — ensuring clarity and quality.
• Represent delivery feasibility during enterprise sales deals.
• Maintain strong working relationships with internal Product and Engineering.
• Partner with Engineering to assess customer load profiles and validate platform readiness for performance, scalability, and operational resilience in line with enterprise expectations.

Your Experience

• Extensive experience in technical project or delivery management roles.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex enterprise software projects.
• Strong stakeholder management across customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Experience working with third-party or offshore development teams.
• Familiarity with Client Accounting concepts and workflows is essential.
• Background in PropTech, Property, or Finance systems strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Sage Intacct, Xero, QBO, NetSuite, MS Dynamics BC a bonus.
