Your Role

The HR Manager plays a dual role that blends strategic global ownership with hands-on regional delivery. This high-impact position is responsible for leading critical global People & Culture functions — including Business Partnering, Employee Relations, Facilities, Policies, Engagement, and Performance & Development — while also executing day-to-day people operations and delivering regionalised support across EMEA and NoAM.

This is a 12 month Fixed Term maternity leave cover.

Your Responsibilities

Global

  • Business Partnering: Lead global business partnering frameworks and initiatives that align people and business strategies across all regions. This includes ownership of all strategic advice to SLT and Executive team.
  • Employee Relations (ER): Own the global ER approach, providing advice and ensuring consistency, compliance, and fairness across all locations.
  • Facilities: Oversee global office operations, ensuring all locations reflect our culture and team needs, as well as strategic ownership of lease management and maintance to support company growth.
  • Policies: Develop and maintain global P&C policies that are scalable, compliant, and aligned with company values.
  • Performance & Development: Drive a high-performance culture through the global execution of performance, development, and succession planning frameworks.
  • Engagement: Lead global employee engagement efforts, including initiatives focused on well-being, inclusion, and cultural alignment.

Regional EMEA/NoAM

  • Business Partnering: Act as the primary P&C partner for the EMEA and NoAM regions, providing guidance to leaders and teams. This includes first point of contact for all team member queries and advice.
  • Recruitment: Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment across EMEA and NoAM in partnership with the internal talent team.
  • REM & Benefits: Deliver regional compensation, benefits, and recognition programs that are competitive and locally relevant.
  • Visas / Immigration: Oversee and manage all visa, work permit, and immigration matters within EMEA.
  • Office Management: Own EMEA office management, including lease renewals, space planning, and vendor relationships.

Your Experience

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in People & Culture Business Partner, HR Manager or similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing HR across the UK, including deep understanding of regional employment laws and practices. Knowledge of employment law and ER processes across APAC and NoAM regions is an advantage.
  • Strong track record of leading Employee Relations processes with confidence and care.
  • Experience managing recruitment in-house, ideally across multiple geographies.
  • Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically — you're as confident developing a global performance framework as you are running a disciplinary process or leading a hiring brief.
  • Commercially minded, data-informed, and able to influence at all levels of the business and leading change
  • Empathetic and passionate about creating an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing culture.
  • Previous experience working in a high-growth, international business is a strong plus.
