Your Role

As Product Manager, you will operate in a high-velocity, startup-style environment building our next-generation AI-powered product. This role requires resourcefulness, rapid execution, and deep AI literacy. You will leverage AI tools as your primary teammate to amplify your capabilities across discovery, strategy, prototyping, and delivery.

You will work with minimal process overhead, make fast decisions based on data and customer feedback, and iterate rapidly to achieve product-market fit. This role demands comfort with ambiguity, the ability to wear multiple hats, and a bias for action over perfection.

Your Responsibilities

• Use AI tools (for example Claude Desktop, Projects, Cursor) to synthesize customer feedback from multiple sources including ProductBoard, Pendo, support tickets and interviews.
• Execute product vision and strategy for AI-powered features, balancing innovation with pragmatic execution
• Make rapid, data-informed prioritization decisions in a fast-moving startup environment
• Create interactive prototypes and proof-of-concepts using AI tools (for example Claude Artifacts, V0, or other platforms)
• Create compelling visual artifacts (dashboards, prototypes) for stakeholder communication
• Work with engineering and design partners to ensure development requirements are clear
• Understand model limitations, hallucination risks, and strategies for constraint
• Define behavioral boundaries rather than exact outputs for AI features
• Run lean beta programs with rapid feedback cycles
• Create enablement materials for sales, support, and customer success teams
• Build user trust in AI features through transparent communication
• Measure and optimize feature adoption using Pendo and analytics tools
• Set and track clear KPIs for AI product success

Your Experience

• Proven track record in product management and agile delivery
• Advanced qualitative and quantitative analysis skills
• Experience running user testing, concept validation, and rapid experimentation
• Ability to facilitate workshops with customers and stakeholders
• Experience with Pendo, ProductBoard, Figma, Azure DevOps or comparable tools
• Daily fluency with Claude Desktop, ChatGPT, or similar AI assistants for product work
• Ability to write effective multi-tool prompts combining data sources
• Understanding of AI fundamentals: model evaluation, prompt engineering, hallucination management
• Experience building or shipping AI-powered products
• Ability to create interactive artifacts (prototypes, dashboards, analyses) using AI tools
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms for rapid prototyping
