Your Role

The Senior Manager, Growth reports to the Chief Operating Officer and works alongside the Director of Growth to design and execute strategic, high-impact initiatives that unlock efficiency, drive growth, and strengthen ReLeased’s competitive edge. This role acts as an internal delivery engine: identifying opportunities, building solutions, and embedding successful programs into the business for long-term adoption.

AI is the primary lens through which this role operates. The Senior Manager, Growth will use AI and automation to fundamentally change how ReLeased works internally — eliminating manual effort, accelerating decision-making, and raising the quality of output across teams. ReLeased already leverages a wide range of AI tools across the organisation, and this role will both deepen that capability and bring new tools on board where they can move the needle.

The work spans three pillars — GTM Excellence, AI Enablement, and Operational Excellence — but the common thread is impact. You'll sit on Re‑Leased's Growth Engineering working group alongside the COO, CTO, VP Engineering, and VP Strategic Operations, at the intersection of strategy and technology. Beyond these pillars, the role will continue to tackle other needle-moving challenges and opportunities, whether in product, go-to-market, or broader operations.

This role is also a core member of ReLeased’s Growth Engineering working group — alongside the Director of Growth, COO, CTO, VP of Engineering, and VP of Strategic Operations — sitting at the intersection of strategy and technology to identify where AI and engineering investment can move the needle fastest. Success will be measured by the ability to take concepts from idea to adoption, driving tangible business outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact strategic initiatives — from scoping to adoption, with measurable outcomes
  • Identify and close gaps across Sales, Expansion, and Customer functions; turn what works into scalable playbooks embedded in BAU
  • Use AI and automation to fundamentally change how Re‑Leased operates — reducing manual effort, accelerating decisions, and raising output quality across every team
  • Evaluate and onboard new AI tools where they create genuine value, and build the enablement framework so our people are equipped and confident
  • Improve the infrastructure, processes, and systems that let Re‑Leased scale — across Finance, P&C, and all non-GTM functions
  • Design and run structured pilots for new initiatives, then transition what works into core business functions with clear ownership
  • Collaborate across GTM, Customer, Operations, Finance, P&C, and Leadership to build the buy-in that makes adoption stick
  • Establish the metrics and dashboards to track initiative progress and report transparently on results

Your Experience

  • Proven experience in growth, strategy, or operations roles within SaaS or high-growth tech environments
  • Exposure to Sales, Expansion, and Customer motions, with familiarity across GTM systems and RevOps tooling — CRM automation, sales engagement platforms, and customer success tools
  • Strong hands-on experience with AI and automation tools (e.g. Claude, Clay, and similar), with a track record of driving efficiency and quality improvements
  • Ability to evaluate new technologies, build business cases, and lead successful adoption across teams
  • Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end initiatives — from problem definition through to execution and embedding into BAU
  • Strong analytical capability, including building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and ROI models
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on outcomes and impact in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Pragmatic and hands-on approach, comfortable moving between strategy and execution
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to drive change across functions
  • Collaborative and adaptable, able to align teams around new ideas and ways of working
  • Highly organised, resilient, and action-oriented, with a focus on delivering measurable results
