What you’ll do:

As the Operations Manager at Red Phase Technologies, your role will be vital in shaping the future of our operations, involving:

1. Operational Process Development:

- Develop and refine operational processes, creating and managing production schedules.

2. Quality Control & Contract Management:

- Oversee quality control and liaise with strategic contract manufacturing partners.

3. Senior Leadership Contribution:

- Provide strategic insights and decision-making as a key member of the senior leadership team.

4. Team Management & Culture Building:

- Lead and grow the production staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.

5. Strategic Planning & Workflow Optimisation:

- Identify improvement areas and implement solutions to streamline operations and align with business objectives.

What you’ll bring:

• Extensive management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead teams and departments effectively, showcasing the potential or existing proficiency to grow into a senior leadership level executive role.
• Solid background in electrical systems, particularly relevant to manufacturing processes.
• Over 5-10 years of experience in production or operations management, ideally in the electrical manufacturing sector.
• Skills in strategic planning and problem-solving, focusing on achieving financial and growth objectives, and the agility to adapt to changes in R&D.
• Excellent communication ability, adept at coordinating with diverse teams and external partners, and a proven track record in managing significant projects, demonstrating resilience and a commitment to continuous improvement.
