What you’ll do

• Own the product vision & roadmap – craft the strategy and roadmap that aligns with company mission and commercial goals.
• Lead the full product lifecycle – drive discovery, validation, delivery and iteration of hardware-enabled SaaS solutions.
• Champion the customer – run market & user research, quantify problems and validate concepts that unlock real value.
• Inspire cross-functional execution – wrk across teams to ship on-time, on-budget.
• Coordinate go-to-market – shape positioning, pricing, launch plans and post-launch optimisation to maximise adoption and revenue.

What you’ll bring

• 5 + years in product management with 3–5 years leading product teams, ideally in deep-tech, biotech or hardware-enabled SaaS.
• A track record of shipping and scaling innovative products in high-growth start-ups or scale-ups.
• Leadership & influence across scientific, engineering and commercial disciplines.
• A laser-sharp customer focus – you turn complex tech into simple, delightful solutions.
• University degree in Engineering, Science or Business.
