This job closes on the 19th of July 2024 at 5pm. If this job sounds like you, we're keen to learn a bit more about you and your interest in this role! We're passionate about our purpose at Sharesies and are really interested to hear how that aligns (or doesn't) with you and what sense of purpose is important to you at work. We'd also love to understand how you approach technology - what three technical principles do you live by? Don't worry about writing us the next New Zealand novel or whipping up a beautiful slide deck, we're pretty informal so a few paragraphs are all we're after. Please include this in your cover letter and send it through along with your CV, and we’ll be in touch!

We’ll be in touch via email after applications close, typically our process looks like:

  1. A quick phone call to get to know you and understand why you’re keen to work for Sharesies
  2. A 60 minute interview where we’d love to hear about your experience and ask a few questions on how you approach various problems
  3. A 60 minute technical interview
  4. A “meet the team” casual conversation (a great chance for you to ask other team members about what it’s like to work at Sharesies)

At Sharesies, we believe in the power of belonging and we're committed to a culture of inclusion. We are building a diversity program to increase the diversity of underrepresented groups in our talent pipeline. As part of this diversity program, we've included a few questions in this application to better understand candidate experiences and keep improving our equitable outcomes. It's completely up to you whether you answer any or all of these questions. If you decide to participate, we'll only use the information you provide for the purposes of our diversity program. If you choose not to participate, it won't affect your application. The hiring managers do not have access to this data. If you have any questions about how we'll manage and store your data, please email [email protected]
