We have an exciting, new Engineering Manager role open up in our Sharesies Business team. Located in Wellington, this role provides technical expertise and leadership to a team of Developers across Te Ika-a-Māui.
We’re looking for people who are as excited about our vision as we are. For the Engineering Manager role we are specifically looking for someone who:
- brings technical problem solving to our customers and business
- has proven experience leading and supporting high-performing teams
- can partner with Product and Tech leadership to drive clarity and execute priorities
- is adaptable to change, and is motivated by our vision and purpose
