We are looking for a The ServiceNow Administrator who will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and support of the organization’s IT systems and infrastructure. This role involves managing hardware, software, networks, and user support to ensure a reliable and secure computing environment. This role will work closely with other IT team members and departments to support business operations and implement IT solutions that enhance productivity and security.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform, including managing user access, roles, and permissions.
  • Configure and maintain forms, workflows, and business rules.
  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance tasks.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules.
  • Develop and maintain Service Catalog items and associated workflows.
  • Create and manage dashboards and reports to track KPIs and SLAs.
  • Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
  • Develop and manage automation scripts to streamline processes.
  • Provide technical support for ServiceNow-related issues and inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for system issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and new features, recommending and implementing upgrades as necessary.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management, and Service Catalog.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong initiative, ownership, and enthusiasm for optimization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Openness to work within PST working hours.
