About the role:

Our Agency Partnership team are strategic advisors for all our high-growth, high-volume Springboards Agencies and users. You must deeply understand advertising agencies and the strategic and creative processes and love creativity and the industry.

Reporting to the GM of Americas, you'll spearhead scalable business growth by building and nurturing relationships with some of the region's most influential advertising agencies. You’ll own the entire client journey—from initial engagement through renewal—ensuring our partners unlock the full potential of Springboards’ platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities that deliver against revenue targets by clearly communicating our unique value proposition which drives viable business outcomes for our customers and partners across the region
  • Lead with Impact: Cultivate and manage key relationships with stakeholders, ensuring they see measurable value from our partnership
  • Champion the Agency-First Approach: Exceed revenue targets while deeply understanding the unique needs and goals of your agency clients.
  • Own the Sales Cycle: Manage inbound and outbound opportunities, from lead generation to deal close and renewal, backed by meticulous pipeline management to meet and exceed objectives
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Leverage your knowledge of the agency landscape, industry trends, and AI innovation to offer consultative, results-driven solutions
  • Engage the Industry: Represent Springboards at marquee marketing events, building relationships and amplifying our presence in the agency and marketing community
  • Advocate for Agencies: Partner with internal teams (product, marketing, and customer success) to ensure client needs and feedback drive ongoing improvements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Advertising Industry Expertise: 5-8 years of experience in creative agencies, tech publishers, or platform sales roles focused on agency clients
  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record of managing the entire sales lifecycle and exceeding revenue targets
  • Exceptional Relationship Builder: Proven ability to build strong connections with C-level stakeholders, decision-makers, and cross-functional teams
  • Strategic and Consultative: You excel at analyzing complex situations, creating actionable plans, and guiding clients toward their objectives
  • Agency Insider: Ideally, you bring established agency relationships and a deep network within the Americas region
  • Collaborative Spirit: Comfortable navigating fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments while partnering across product, marketing, engineering, and customer success teams.
  • Customer-centric mindset: A proven track record of exceeding goals by putting clients’ needs and outcomes at the heart of every decision
  • Tech-Savvy Visionary: A strong understanding of AI, tech trends, and applications within the advertising industry

Salary Range:

$150,000 to $250,000 (base salary, commission, and equity)
