About the role
We're looking for someone who understands how strategy, creative, and marketing teams actually work, because you've been part of one or partnered closely with them. You know the pressure of a pitch, the value of a sharp insight, and how hard it can be to get a new tool to stick in the middle of it all.
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be a strategic partner to our clients across both agencies and brands. You'll guide onboarding, support adoption, and help teams embed Springboards into their everyday workflows. You'll work across a range of team types, spotting patterns, surfacing insights, and shaping how we deliver lasting value in the real world of modern marketing.
Key responsibilities
- Own onboarding and help teams embed Springboards into daily workflows
- Deliver tailored training for strategists, creatives, and comms planners
- Build strong relationships and identify internal champions
- Track usage trends and spot risks or growth opportunities
- Bring feedback to the product team and advocate for client needs
- Create scalable playbooks and solutions
- Keep account info and action plans up to date
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in an agency, brand or creative tech/SaaS role, ideally with experience managing client relationships.
- Confident presenter and facilitator, comfortable running workshops and guiding teams through new ways of working.
- Strong understanding of agency or brand marketing dynamics, especially how strategy and creative teams collaborate day to day.
- Great communicator who builds trust quickly and knows how to turn conversations into momentum.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple clients, timelines and stakeholders with ease.
- Comfortable with data, able to read usage trends and translate them into smart, actionable insights.
- Proactive and curious, always looking to improve, experiment and help shape how we support our clients.
Why You'll Love It Here
- A passionate, creative team that loves big ideas
- A fast-moving, global startup with real momentum
- Hybrid work with intentional in-person time
