We’re looking for an Account Manager to play a key role in supporting our Mortgage Advisers, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth loan processes.
This role isn’t just about administration – it’s about providing real value to our clients and advisers by managing loan applications, working closely with lenders, and ensuring every customer receives top-tier service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Managing the loan application process, from pre-approvals to final settlements.
✔ Supporting clients and working with banks to meet approval conditions.
✔ Handling loan maintenance, including re-fixes, top-ups, and interest-only requests.
✔ Assessing deals across different lenders and documenting key insights.
✔ Advising clients on bank policies, loan products, and structuring options.
✔ Ensuring all client details are accurately recorded and maintained in our CRM.
✔ Building and maintaining strong relationships with lenders, valuers, accountants, lawyers, and real estate agents.
✔ Supporting Mortgage Advisers and stepping in to assist clients when advisers are on leave.
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a mortgage advisory firm or financial institution.
🔹 Education: Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services (Residential Property Lending specialization preferred).
🔹 Skills:
✅ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
✅ Well-organized with exceptional attention to detail.
✅ Ability to think critically and solve problems proactively.
✅ Knowledge of financial products, lending policies, and credit criteria.
✅ Experience with CRM systems and process automation (bonus!).
