Substack is building a new economic engine for culture, giving the brightest, most interesting, and most creative people on the internet the power of their own publishing platform. Substack empowers independent writers, artists, videographers, podcasters, and creators of all types to create, share, and make a living off their work through subscriptions, while offering them creative freedom, ownership, and a direct connection to their audiences.
The UK is Substack’s second largest market, with a fast growing network of publishers and creators spanning culture, food, history, gardening, current affairs, sports, and more. This year, we’ve also hired the first leads for nine new international territories from Australia to Brazil, to accelerate the organic growth of Substack around the world.
We’re recruiting an ambitious, proactive and highly organised Project Manager to help coordinate our UK and international activity, from helping set up unique events for our Bestsellers and target publishers, to creating online resources and presentations for events and conferences, as well as being a central point of contact for our growing international team.
As Project Manager you will work closely with Substack’s Head of International to coordinate our international operations as well as leading select international projects. You will also work closely with the UK team providing logistical support for our creator and publisher events as well as the day-to-day running of the UK office.

It’s a role that will suit someone excited to make their mark and excel in a new role; genuinely passionate about culture and Substack’s mission, and capable of working autonomously to an exceptional standard.
