Job Summary

The VP of Operations plays a critical role in strategic decision-making and direct supervision of company operations. Manage and provide leadership to the operations team. Oversee developments, projects/deployments, production, procurement, logistics, Field Service and Customer Support. Ensure we meet our forecast and support up-time and in-stock initiatives.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Direct report responsibility for Staff.
• Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff.
• Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

Education And Experience

• BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MBA is a plus
• Proven experience as Director of Operations, VP Field Service Operations or a similar relevant role
• Experience in Global Field Services management and deployment of national and international large scale connected networks
• Experience in Warehouse, hardware staging and logistics management
• Experience designing and implementing IT systems to effectively and efficiently manage all operational systems within the department and across the organization as required.
• Experience in designing and maintaining Network Operations for large scale networks
• Ability to maintain and build strategic relationships with service and manufacturing partners
• Rich knowledge in international logistics and supply chain management
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
• Understanding of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
• An IT and Technical background is a plus
  

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Compensation: Salary: Depending upon experience. Benefits available, & Full-Time
