Job Summary:

Swyft’s Brand Success Manager is responsible for driving the integrated, profitable, and relevant merchandising strategies and product stories across key Brand Partnerships. The person in this role works with key brand partners to set and achieve KPI’s that deliver revenue, retention and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand management: Develops relationships with brand partners and collaborates on mutual goal alignment and KPI achievement.
  • Merchandising expertise: Understands consumer needs by location and works with brand partners to offer the right product at the right price.
  • Swyft managed stores: Supports Swyft owned and operated store assortments and vendor relationships to maximize revenue and margin dollars.
  • Data analysis: Is comfortable using data to analyze product and location performance. Can use this data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  • Team player: Is goal oriented and has a working style that effectively influences cross-functional partners to support sales needs within a unique retail environment.
  • Business Leader: Models and inspires a consumer-focused, growth-minded and team-oriented attitude towards the business.
  • Workplace chameleon: Has the desire and ability to support unexpected partner- based needs for a fast paced, growth oriented small business.

Education:

  • A BS or equivalent degree in marketing, technical or finance undergraduate degree.
  • Experience in the industry will be considered as a substitute for traditional education.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of management experience with proven success leading customer growth.
  • Working knowledge of Google workspace, Slack, AI tools, NetSuite, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with pitching and helping clients execute custom branded campaigns and concepts

Skills:

  • Must be a critical thinker and excellent communicator working with both internal and external resources.
  • Experienced user of online merchandising tools, CRM systems with advanced excel skills.
  • Experience in a buying or wholesale role identifying, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Experience communicating and presenting to external partners.
  • Has a broad global mindset with the ability to navigate effectively across different cultures, team norms, and behaviors.
  • Has strong analytical, research, risk management, decisiveness, project management, and business relationship skills.

Competencies:

  • Experience influencing C-level executives
  • B2B sales experience and B2C merchandising experience
  • Self-starter who possesses flexibility to work in a fast-changing environment and ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to meet ambitious deadlines and deliver high-quality work on schedule, including quickly turning around tasks and reports.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and good business judgment.
  • Proven history of having worked across cross-functional teams and functions.

Work Environment:

The work environment includes office settings, remote work options (online meetings over Zoom), and frequent visits to Swyft and third-party warehouses.
