About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing to create engaging content and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns. You will have hands-on involvement in producing various marketing assets, supporting campaign automation, and optimising performance across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Marketing Lead with content creation, including blogs, email campaigns, social media posts, video editing, and other visual assets.
  • Manage the production and scheduling of social media content across multiple channels according to the content calendar.
  • Support end-to-end marketing campaign management, from ideation to execution and reporting.
  • Assist in implementing marketing automation, lead nurturing, and performance monitoring to optimise campaign results.
  • Collaborate on PPC, SEO, and SEM initiatives to drive traffic and lead generation.
  • Provide general marketing administrative support, including organising files, updating campaign schedules, and maintaining project management tools.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or design with previous experience in marketing, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Creative and detail-oriented, with a love for marketing and design.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English both written and oral.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a remote environment, managing multiple tasks, and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Collaborative team player, but also capable of managing projects independently.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Canva, Figma, HubSpot, and eager to expand your skill set.
  • Experienced in putting marketing collateral together like blogs, email campaigns, social media content, and videos.
  • Comfortable with marketing automation, lead nurturing, and monitoring campaign performance to optimise results.
  • Familiar with PPC, SEO, and SEM strategies, and eager to assist with these initiatives.
  • Highly organised and skilled in general marketing administration tasks.
