About the Role
As our Onboarding and Training Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring new customers hit the ground running with Tapi. You’ll be their go-to guide, helping them navigate the platform, master its features, and achieve success from day one. If you love technology, enjoy working with people, and have a talent for simplifying the complex, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Do
- Customer Onboarding: Lead new customers through a seamless onboarding journey, ensuring they’re set up for success with Tapi.
- Training Delivery: Develop and deliver engaging training sessions (live, virtual, and self-paced) tailored to diverse customer needs.
- Content Creation: Collaborate on creating user-friendly training materials, guides, videos, and FAQs to empower customers to use Tapi confidently.
- Customer Success Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Success team to understand customer needs and enhance their experience.
- Feedback Loop: Gather and share customer feedback to help improve the platform and our processes.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in onboarding, training, or customer success roles (preferably in SaaS or property management environments).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- A natural storyteller. A knack for providing outstanding customer experiences.
- Creativity and adaptability to design training content that resonates with different learning styles.
- Tech-savviness and a passion for learning new tools and technologies.
- Bonus points if you have experience in property management or PropTech!
