Role Description
We’re on the hunt for a full-time Account Manager to join our team in Brisbane. In this role, you’ll be engaging with one of Tapi’s most valuable (and fast-growing) user communities—building strong relationships, driving adoption, and bringing new users into the fold. You’ll play a key role in lead generation, user activation, and community growth—ultimately helping fuel referrals into our broader partner network. Relationship-building and a love of connecting with people are a must. This role sits within our Growth team and reports to the Head of Customer Success. Key Responsibilities
- Support the growth of our user network by guiding new users through signup and onboarding with confidence and care
- Build strong, trusted relationships through proactive outreach and check-ins—ensuring users feel heard, supported, and set up for success.
- Design and execute scalable engagement strategies that still feel personal and relevant.
- Identify and nurture champions within the user community—gathering testimonials, feedback, and referrals that reflect real impact.
- Act as the voice of the user internally by sharing insights, trends, and opportunities
- Represent Tapi with pride at events, community forums, and workshops—bringing our mission to life in the industry.
- Help drive awareness and adoption of new features, tools, and improvements through clear communication and user-focused campaigns
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years in a customer-facing, community engagement, or on-the-ground role—you're comfortable being the face of a brand.
- Top-notch verbal communication skills with the confidence to pick up the phone or walk into a room and build instant rapport.
- A self-starter mindset: you know how to prioritise, follow through, and make things happen without hand-holding.
- Resilience and positive energy: you enjoy working with people and thrive in fast-moving environments.
- A natural relationship-builder: you earn trust quickly and know how to turn great interactions into lasting partnerships.
- Tech-comfortable and curious: we’ll teach you the tools, but being quick to learn is key.
