Job Description:

We’re looking for a team player to help fuel our momentum. As a Customer Operations Specialist, you'll be embedded in the heart of our operations and customer success teams, working across multiple business functions to ensure our systems scale as quickly as our impact. Ideal for a recent Graduate or similar eager to grow within a high-performing startup

What You’ll Do

  • Migration Coordination: Support new and transitioning customers by facilitating seamless onboarding and data migrations. This will include communicating with our clients.
  • Event Coordination (AU): Execute local and national customer-facing and internal team events that bring the Tapi brand to life.
  • Shipping Management: Oversee creation and distribution of our physical product, as well as develop and coordinate customer gifts & swag packs.
  • Office Administration: Keep the Brisbane office running smoothly by managing supplies, space logistics, and ad-hoc support needs.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel for internal teams, managing bookings, itineraries, and support across time zones.
  • Data Analysis: Collate customer data dependent on project work.

Tech Stack & Tools

  • No specific systems experience required
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and general digital tools is helpful
  • Experience with basic data analysis tools (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards is a plus, but not mandatory
