Position Overview

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team. The Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in managing and optimising key internal processes, identifying areas for improvement, and driving operational efficiency across all facets of our business.

Key Responsibilities

Billing & Subscriptions

  • Management of billing platforms — Chargebee, Stripe, and GoCardless — including setting up new subscriptions, updates and changes to customer billing.
  • Facilitation of aged receivables reporting and processes each month, including following up with customers for payment and managing invoice reconciliation.
  • All revenue sharing payables and receivables.
  • Monitoring and maintenance of billing integrations, including Chargebee–Xero sync and Zapier automation workflows, with escalation to support where required.

People Operations

  • Manage end-to-end employee and contractor onboarding, including managing automated system access provisioning across Google Workspace, Slack, Linear, Notion, Retool, and other internal tools.
  • Manage employee offboarding, ensuring timely and complete removal of system access across all platforms.
  • Support hiring, training, leave management and performance management processes using our HRIS (Rippling).
  • Manage contractor payroll, including processing changes to compensation, new starters, and leavers on the relevant pay cycle.

Operations

  • Create and maintain documentation of operational processes and procedures, including converting processes into SOPs.
  • Administer SaaS tool access and licences across the business, including managing seat requests and user permissions.
  • Build and maintain workflows and automations to ensure tasks are captured, documented, and executed efficiently.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of new systems or tools to support operational excellence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to capture adhoc requests, streamline processes and drive alignment.

Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Prepare and distribute month-end financial and management reports, including EOM customer reporting.
  • Calculate commissions from CRM data each quarter.
  • Analyse data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Cost analysis, summarisation and commentary.
  • Support quarterly planning with data insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations analysis, business analytics, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Speak and write fluently in English
