About The Role
You'll own maintenance jobs end to end — from quote to paid. If you're working for a Property Manager or a Trade today, this might be a fit for you.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Quoting — review the job and get it back to the property manager fast.
- Coordinating — arrange tenant access, set up jobs in our systems, and allocate work to the right trade.
- Managing trades — offer work, track acceptances and progress, onboard new trades, and keep records tight.
- Variations — prepare extra-work requests and get sign-off before anything proceeds.
- Invoicing — process payments, raise customer invoices, and run monthly reconciliation.
- Compliance — verify licences, insurance, and H&S docs, and keep our approved trade panels current.
Qualifications
Experience in admin, customer service, property, trades, or operations is a bonus — but attitude and aptitude matter more.
