Revenue Operations Manager

Tracksuit

Tracksuit

Operations
Auckland, New Zealand
Posted on Wednesday, June 5, 2024
Come join us as our first ever Revenue Operations Manager! You will be leading a team that plans, builds and maintains the world’s most efficient revenue engine. As a new role you’ll get to wear many hats - part Analyst, part Strategist & part-Project Manager (all while wearing a Tracksuit).
Please note - while we have listed this role as being based in our Auckland office, we are also open to Sydney applicants and this person working from our AU office.
Why this role is exciting?
This is a revenue leadership position where revenue growth is world class! You are joining a diverse team of high achievers with high ambitions. You will be empowered to invest in the tools & talent you need to achieve our goals. We have best in class GTM SaaS metrics, but we’re still at our infancy in terms of optimizing systems, processes & enablement. As an early team member, you will be able to help shape the culture of the sales team and have a tangible impact on Tracksuit’s culture as a whole.

As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will be reporting to the VP of Sales & will be responsible for:

  • Optimising Sales, Customer & Marketing Processes
  • Leadership - while you'll inherit a highly capable team, over time we expect you will be responsible for hiring and nurturing the team to manage Systems, Enablement and Processes that touch revenue across the organisation.
  • Driving efficiencies through automation & technology
  • Ensuring data integrity across Tracksuit systems

That's the role, so who are you?

  • You will have 5+ years experience working in Revenue or Sales Operations
  • You’ve worked in a high- growth environment, with at least some of it within a SaaS business
  • A curious & empathetic individual with a growth mindset
  • A demonstrated track record of success in Revenue or Sales Operations
  • Experience in wielding a range of technology solutions to achieve your goals: as well as being adept at assessing and adopting new systems
  • You understand why good branding is critical to a business’ success (and why it’s important to track, i.e. why Tracksuit exists!)
  • We believe simplicity is a superpower (so much so, it’s one of our values). This role more than any in the business will need to embody that value. We're growing quickly.
Why join us at Tracksuit?
As one of Australasia's fastest growing startups, we've hand-picked a world-class team of kind, ambitious, generous, and smart humans. But don’t take our word for it! You’ll be joining the:
- Mumbrella Marketing Company of the Year 2022
- HRD Employer of Choice <200 Staff 2024
- NZ Hi Tech Awards, Emerging Company of the Year 2024
- AFR Best Place to Work Media and Marketing (4th place) 2024
At just over 3 years old, we're incredibly grateful and excited to be working with over 450 epic brands across NZ, AU, USA, Canada and UK, like frank body, MyFitnessPal, Sharesies, Bondi Sands and more.
Tracksuit’s vision is to be used in every strategic growth conversation for the best consumer brands of today and tomorrow. We’re doing this by becoming the common language to measure and communicate the value of brand building. We've built beautiful, always-on, radically affordable brand tracking — taking an old-school, $100k+ market research product and making it 10x easier to use and 10x more affordable.
Why you’ll thrive here:
We’re a tight-knit, supportive, and ambitious team, driven to empower companies to use brand to drive success. Our culture thrives on complete transparency, trust, learning, and constant development and improvement. Underpinning the experience are our great benefits, including:
- Competitive market rate remuneration, which is reviewed twice annually. Our radically transparent compensation policy ensures that salaries are fair across the entire team.
- An annual company-wide performance bonus to celebrate hitting our targets together.
- Employee Share Option Program (ESOP) so that everyone on the team has a share in Tracksuit’s success.
- Progressive health and wellness benefits including an annual wellness bonus, access to a premium EAP platform, and 6 weeks of paid annual leave.
- Generous parental benefits: 12 weeks’ paid parental leave for either caregiver, additional sick leave for IVF, gradual return to work.
- A $1000 personal L&D budget for each Trackstar, plus additional growth opportunities including mentorships, speaking engagements, and travel.
- Flexible working: We have beautiful offices in Auckland, Sydney, London, and New York. We are office first but offer full flexibility day to day and adopt a balanced approach to WFH/in-office work.
