Are you our new Insights Lead ANZ?
Our Insights team ensures we build a dashboard first solution that delivers credible and digestible insights on a brand's health. The insights team also helps our customers accustomed to other trackers get to grips with tracksuit, while also supporting those customers new to research.
You will be encouraged to think outside of the box, to extract as much potential as possible from our data. You will define, refine and optimize the best global brand health tool, empowering customers to diagnose their brand health issues and how to take action.
The Important Bits:
You will report to Head of Research, sitting within our Research function. You’ll join us as a People Leader. This full time permanent role is benchmarked as Level 4 in our internal framework, which translates to a compensation figure of $135,000 plus generous ESOP and a full suite of benefits.
As our new Insights Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering more value to customers from their data and defining scalable solutions for all customers.
- Supporting the local Customer, Sales, and Partnerships teams with Tracksuit processes and general research expertise. You'll also communicate with the wider global Research team to stay updated.
- Providing input into the development and enhancement of the dashboard.
- Analyzing customer data and formulating insights, presenting them as compelling stories. The reports you develop will be suitable for both local and global audiences.
- Proposing new ways of analyzing data that could be integrated into the Tracksuit dashboard and collaborate with our Product Team to develop these product improvements.
- As a Team Lead you'll be responsible for managing a team of 4 Insights Specialists across ANZ, setting strategy, providing growth and development opportunities, and allocating resources.

- You've ideally had 10+ years in an insights role (but don't let this number stop you from applying)
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and, as an early team member, are excited at the prospect of having a tangible impact on Tracksuit’s culture
- You're a strong researcher with experience in brand tracking, who feels confident to lead our NZ & AU team. Even though you are a heavy hitter you are more than happy to get your hands dirty when required.
- You understand why good branding is critical to a business’ success (and why it’s important to track, i.e. why Tracksuit exists!)
- You're a natural people leader with experience growing and supporting a team, and providing mentorship.
- You have exceptional communication skills, are highly organised and methodical, and process-orientated.
- You have experience with survey data analysis tools (Harmoni, Q, Display R), national statistics tools/sources, and Microsoft Office. Survey platforms like Forsta/Decipher would be beneficial.
