Are you our new Engineering Manager?
Being the first Engineering Manager in our fast-growing team, we’ll look to you to guide us in adopting best practices while infusing them with Tracksuit’s unique essence. This role provides the chance to make a significant impact on the company's growth trajectory, with opportunities for personal and professional development.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Engineers, Product Managers, and Product Designers. This role provides you with the chance to work alongside the CEOs and other key leaders across the organization.
The Important Bits:
You will report to our Head of Engineering, Stu, sitting within our Engineering function. You’ll join us as a People Leader. This full time permanent role is benchmarked as Level 4 in our internal framework, which translates to a compensation figure of $180,000 plus generous ESOP and a full suite of benefits.

As our Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing guidance and support to the teams, establish professional development plans, grow leaders from within. You’ll also expand the teams by recruiting kind, driven, and talented engineers.
  • Collaborating with our three product teams to ensure they consistently develop and deliver business value through impactful product features.
  • Upholding engineering excellence and processes within the teams to maintain high-quality product delivery as we grow.
  • Contributing to the Product roadmap, Product & Engineering strategy, and quarterly planning.

  • You possess strong verbal communication and presentation abilities, plus skill in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You have the ability to introduce innovative concepts and drive them to fruition
  • You'll be passionate about building empowered product teams that are laser focused on delivering customer value.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and, as an early team member, are excited at the prospect of having a tangible impact on Tracksuit’s culture
