Are you Tracksuit’s new Strategic Partnership Manager?
As Tracksuit continues to grow and become more well-known across our focus markets, there have been a significant number of strategic partnership opportunities presented. These partnerships come in a range of different forms, and many have the opportunity to become a significant part of the next stage of Tracksuit's growth.
We’re looking for a strategic partnerships superstar to come in and capitalise on these opportunities, and ensure Tracksuit successfully delivers on our responsibilities. We see this role as being pivotal in managing out current strategic partnerships, providing excellent account management and creating magic for these partners, while also being able to see out partnership growth opportunities.
This role is exciting because partnerships are an important channel for Tracksuit - they help us build credibility in new markets give us access to new audiences, bring customers to Tracksuit, allows us to access the data we need to support our customers, and they are ambassadors of the Tracksuit brand.

As our Strategic Partnership Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Being the key account manager and bestie to our exisiting strategic partnerships, ensuring the success of each partnership and identifying opportunities for expansion
  • Identifying the mutual value exchange or ICP alignment, clearly communicating it to all stakeholders and building joint business plans based on the mutual value exchange
  • Identifying opportunities for Tracksuit growth, credibility, customer magic, or product innovation via partnerships
  • Organising and running training sessions, feedback sessions, office hours and partnership events to build engagement and add value to partners
  • Project managing each opportunity, bringing in cross-functional teams (product, engineering, research, marketing, growth) to ensure best in class execution
  • Regularly evaluating the performance of strategic partnerships and adjusting strategies based on performance metrics and feedback

That's the role, so who are you?

  • You’ll be an engaging, strategic and thoughtful human with the ability to speak the language of strategic partnerships and be a true champion of these partnerships and of Tracksuit.
  • You are an experienced account manager, partner manager, or project manager who has strong commercial acumen.
  • You’ll be someone who can build 1:1 relationships (and who genuinely enjoys doing so), is motivated by growth, can execute to a very high standard but who can also take a broad strategic view and identify opportunities and strategies to drive results.
  • A kind, smart and genuine human with a growth mindset.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and, as an early team member, are excited at the prospect of having a tangible impact on Tracksuit’s culture.
  • You understand why good branding is critical to a business’ success (and why it’s important to track, i.e. why Tracksuit exists!).
