Are you Tracksuit’s new Acquisition Partner Manager?
This role will see you sourcing, developing and managing partnerships between Tracksuit and our agency partners; this includes relationship management of existing partners as well as new business development. This role is exciting because you will be a part of strategic planning and collaboration with agency partners across all promotion activities.
The Important Bits:
This permanent role is benchmarked as a Level 2 position in our internal framework, which translate to compensation of $120,000 per annum. You will report into our Partnerships Lead, sitting within out Growth function and will join us an an individual contributor.
As our Partner Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and pursuing new agency business opportunities (sourcing new agency partnerships including managing outbound, inbound, demos and programme signups).
- Onboarding, enablement and building strong relationships with agencies & developing communications and activities to drive agency engagement at scale.
- Driving customer referrals and retention through partnerships while adding value to exisiting partners.
- Working closely without sales to to close revenue, working with our marketing teams on partner co-marketing and promo activities, and with our customer team to ensure we are aligned on customer experience.

- We’re looking for an engaging, strategic and thoughtful human to speak the language of agencies and be a true champion of our partners and customers’ brands.
- You’ll be someone who can build 1:1 relationships, is motivated by revenue growth but can also take a broad strategic view and come up with ideas and strategies to drive engagement at scale.
- You’ll be comfortable wearing lots of hats (sales, account management, enablement, marketing, ops, client bestie etc) and getting your hands dirty to get the job done.
- A kind, smart and genuine human with a growth mindset.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and, as an early team member, are excited at the prospect of having a tangible impact on Tracksuit’s culture.
- You understand why good branding is critical to a business’ success (and why it’s important to track, i.e. why Tracksuit exists!)
