We are committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace - a place where we can each be ourselves and do the best work of our lives. At Tracksuit we consider a unique perspective, diverse experience and a growth mindset to be of greater value than ticking every box on an JD. If you think you have what it takes but don’t have the exact experience we’ve set out, please still get in touch and apply. We’d love to chat!
At Tracksuit we provide beautiful, radically affordable, always-on brand tracking which is easy to use compared to traditional methods. We recognise that sounds like a ton of buzzwords for marketers, so what it really means is that we did over 50,000 surveys last month to find out what real humans think and feel about the world’s best brands and their competitors. Check us out here: www.gotracksuit.com 🙌🏻
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our GTM Systems team: a high-impact, cross-functional team powering Tracksuit’s commercial growth.
As our Senior Product Manager, you’ll own the customer experiences, systems, and tools that make it easier to explore, buy, set up, and manage Tracksuit. You’ll drive outcomes for both Tracksuit’s internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships) and our external users (prospects, customers, and partners).
This is a role for a Senior Product Manager that loves data, building with AI, and is very commercially minded. It will sit at the intersection of product, operations, GTM teams, and the customer experience. You’ll design for scale, bring clarity to complexity, and use technology that includes automation and AI to unlock smarter growth.
What you’ll work on
This role is wide-ranging and high-leverage. You’ll own a portfolio across several of the following areas:
* Buying experiences (e.g. personalised demo flows, AI survey builder)
* Pricing, packaging, and deal configuration tools
* Subscription management and billing systems
* CRM and customer data infrastructure
* Owning renewal, upsell, and customer health workflows
* Internal sales enablement platforms and automation
* Signals, alerts, and workflows that surface expansion/renewal opportunities

As our Senior Product Manager (GTM Systems), you will be responsible for:

  • Owning the product vision and roadmap for core GTM systems: Set the direction for customer-facing experiences and internal tools that accelerate Tracksuit’s revenue engine.
  • Designing scalable customer and commercial workflows: Simplify how customers buy and manage Tracksuit, while reducing manual effort for internal teams. This includes the customer set-up and buying process, plus renewal, upsell, and customer health workflows.
  • Driving operational and revenue efficiency: Prioritise work that moves the needle on ARR per employee, our north star for efficiency.
  • Be a force multiplier for internal teams: Build tools and automation that help Sales, CS, Partnerships, and Finance / Operations to scale these teams.
  • Leading customer, prospect, and partner data management: Maintain reliable, trustworthy, enriched, and accurate data to support highly personalised and scalable commercial workflows and customer-facing systems.
  • Leading cross-functional squads and collaborate widely: Create GTM-focused experiences for customers and GTM teams. To do this, you’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, GTM Ops, Operations, Finance, and stakeholders across the business.
  • Championing AI-powered systems and smart automation: Spot opportunities to embed AI, agentic workflows, and automation into key parts of the commercial journey.
  • Innovating on the customer and commercial journey: Push Tracksuit’s thinking with new experiences and technology. Stay at the forefront of how best-in-class GTM motions operate.

That's the role, so who are you?

  • You’re an experienced product manager: You’ve owned meaningful product areas and shipped customer or commercial systems at scale, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • You’re a strong systems and process thinker: You see the bigger picture and design workflows that scale efficiently and feel effortless.
  • You balance speed and strategy: You know when to move fast, when to build for scale, and how to ship incrementally without losing sight of long-term goals.
  • You bring clarity and structure: You thrive in complexity, are a natural collaborator, and bring people along with clear thinking and great communication.
  • You’re commercially curious: You understand how your work drives revenue, love building leverage, and enjoy partnering with go-to-market teams.
  • You’re excited about AI and automation: You’re eager to explore how agentic systems and AI tools can transform customer and team experiences.
