As PA/EA to our CEO, Connor, you'll be the driving force behind his day, managing every detail to ensure he remains fully focused on leading.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Connor, managing calendars, inboxes, travel, team events, and family coordination. You’ll thrive by predicting needs, smoothing friction points, and creating calm in a fast-moving startup environment.

As Connor's PA/EA you will be responsible for:

  • Expertly managing Connor’s calendar and inbox, ensuring every meeting and email gets the right attention.
  • Coordinating complex logistics, from international travel arrangements to personalised team events.
  • Making sure Connor feels fully prepared, confident, and focused in every interaction, from investor pitches to family dinners.
  • Thoughtfully handling confidential and sensitive tasks, supporting both professional responsibilities and personal life admin.
  • Creating clear daily briefs, proactive reminders, and strategic follow-ups that keep Connor organised and stress-free. You’ll consistently be five steps ahead, intuitively managing Connor’s energy and anticipating his needs.

That's the role, so who are you?

  • You’ve previously worked closely with a CEO, forming a trusted and respectful partnership for 2+ years. You can demonstrate depth of support for one key individual rather than breadth of support across a larger group of executives.
  • You’re an experienced or career EA/PA who genuinely enjoys enabling executives to excel.
  • You bring empathy and creativity, intuitively predicting behaviours and proactively supporting a leader’s own style.
  • You thrive in startups or similarly fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • You’re confident using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and Zoom and love testing/implementing new AI tools to boost your efficiency.
