We are committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace - a place where we can each be ourselves and do the best work of our lives. At Tracksuit we consider a unique perspective, diverse experience and a growth mindset to be of greater value than ticking every box on a JD. If you think you have what it takes but don’t have the exact experience we’ve set out, please still get in touch and apply. We’d love to chat!
At Tracksuit we provide beautiful, radically affordable, always-on brand tracking which is easy to use compared to traditional methods. We recognise that sounds like a ton of buzzwords for marketers, so what it really means is that we did over tens of thousands of surveys last month to find out what real humans think and feel about the world’s best brands and their competitors. Check us out here 🙌
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Survey Product, the engine that powers every insight Tracksuit delivers. Every data point our customers see, every dashboard that lands in a boardroom, every decision a brand makes off the back of Tracksuit starts here. Getting this right is foundational to our mission of proving that great brands build great businesses.
This is one of the most strategically important product areas at Tracksuit. The survey engine sits upstream of every other product surface we build, which means the quality, speed, and scale of what you own directly shapes what's possible across the rest of the portfolio. The reach of this role is wide, and the impact compounds.
This is a role for a builder as much as a strategist. You'll move fluidly between setting long-term direction and getting your hands dirty in the detail: pressure-testing a methodology change, sitting with engineers on a tricky platform problem, cutting into the data to understand a quality issue. You operate across a high dynamic range, comfortable framing strategy for executives one hour and shaping the specifics of an experiment the next. The best people in this role don't choose between thinking and doing, they do both.
You'll be stepping into a pivotal moment. We're accelerating investment in data quality, operational efficiency, and product innovation, with the ambition of setting the global standard for how brand health is measured. As the PM for this area, you'll build experiences that make completing surveys feel simple and engaging for respondents, while ensuring we capture high quality data and deliver it in a scalable, cost efficient way.
This is a high visibility role shaping a critical pillar of the business. You'll work closely with an exceptional cross-functional team across Research, Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to build survey experiences and platform capabilities that our customers, our commercial teams, and every other product squad depend on.
What You'll Own
- Define and drive the product vision for Tracksuit's survey product and platform, balancing operational excellence with data innovation
- Drive a product team focused on our survey content and respondent experience (what data we collect) and our survey platform experience (how we collect the data).
- Partner with our Research, Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations functions to shape our survey methodology and capabilities
- Make critical trade-offs between competing priorities: speed vs. quality, automation vs. flexibility, scale vs. customisation
Key Problems & Outcomes You’ll Drive
- Survey Innovation: Evolve our content to meet market needs while maximising respondent engagement and data value
- Respondent Experience: Drive measurable improvements in survey engagement metrics through systematic experimentation with UX, content structure, and interaction patterns
- Data Quality: Improve our survey quality metrics, which underpin the brand health measures we provide to customers.
That’s the role — so who are you?
- Product management experience: You are able to take a broad strategic goal and break it down into product strategy and roadmap
- Curiosity about the technology: You can partner effectively with engineers on API design, system architecture, and automation strategies
- Data-driven to your core: You use metrics to guide decisions, design experiments, and measure impact
- Track record of leading through influence: You've coordinated across multiple teams and stakeholders without direct authority
- Systems thinker: You see how pieces connect, anticipate second-order effects, and design for long-term scalability
- Experience in market research, survey methodology, or data quality domains
- Built and scaled experimentation frameworks for user experience and data optimisation
- Improved engagement metrics through systematic testing of UI, content, or interaction patterns
- Hands-on experience with survey platforms (Decipher, Qualtrics, etc.)
- Clarity over consensus: You can make difficult decisions and communicate the "why" compellingly
- Bias to action: You ship iteratively, learn fast, and aren't paralysed by ambiguity
- Outcome-obsessed: You focus on customer and business impact, not output
- Learning focused: You enjoy testing hypotheses, analysing results, and iterating based on feedback to continuously refine product-market fit and optimise impact.
- Master the details: You are seen as a safe pair of hands. You build confidence across the team by sweating the details without getting lost in them, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
- Collaborative leader: You build trust across functions and elevate the teams around you
- Comfortable with complexity: You thrive when managing multiple moving pieces and interdependencies
