Tradify Limited, a computer software company, is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join their London-based team. You will have the opportunity to help tradespeople transform their businesses and positively impact their lives by providing exceptional customer service and support. The company is seeking energetic individuals who are passionate and excited to build something meaningful.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide exceptional customer service and support through phone, email, and chat interactions
- Manage customer accounts and subscriptions
- Identify and escalate technical issues to the appropriate team
- Share customer feedback with the product team to drive product improvements
- Create and maintain customer documentation and training materials

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a customer-focused role
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with customer service software/tools
- The ability to work 2 late shifts per week
