You will have the opportunity to help tradespeople transform their businesses and positively impact their lives by providing exceptional customer service and support. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Provide exceptional customer service and support through phone, email, and chat interactions
• Manage customer accounts and subscriptions
• Identify and escalate technical issues to the appropriate team
• Share customer feedback with the product team to drive product improvements
• Create and maintain customer documentation and training materials

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in a customer-focused role
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with customer service software/tools
• The ability to work 2 late shifts per week
