The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our innovative product through exceptional telephone and sales skills. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers and present Tradify's product with the goal of achieving set sales targets
  • Qualify leads through various channels, including telephone, demos, texts, and email
  • Utilise the CRM (Hubspot) to document customer interactions and sales progress
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate and sell them to prospective clients
  • Answer phone calls, live chat, emails and texts from trialists - help them with any issues or questions and help them see how Tradify can help their business.
  • Follow established sales process and participate in collaborative efforts to improve Tradify’s sales approach
