We need a passionate, experienced, metrics-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead our growth strategy and planning, with a focus on creating and capturing demand using a variety of channels.
This role could be based in either our Auckland or London office.

You’ll be primarily responsible for recommending the right channel, spend and activity mix required to meet our growth and marketing efficiency targets. This will include driving growth from both existing and new channels, identifying and testing new channels for acquisition, building out our partner referral program and overseeing unpaid acquisition channels - content and social media. We’re looking for someone who’s a pro at identifying and testing new lead gen opportunities and challenging the status quo. You’ll have great hustle, be able to make things happen fast and thrive on the challenge of improving the ROI on our digital marketing investments. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the growth strategy and channel mix planning to achieve growth targets
  • Identifying and testing new channels for acquisition
  • Scaling existing acquisition channels
  • Oversee content and social media ensuring alignment with business strategy and objectives
  • Contribute to an ongoing conversion rate optimisation program to drive incremental improvements
  • Lead the GTM of global marketing campaigns and promotions - Black Friday, product and feature releases
  • Own and manage the Tradify Partner Referral program and global partnerships
  • Take the lead on marketing operations and reporting across the marketing tech stack
