We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to ensure Tradify’s features are fully adopted and loved by our customers and partners. This role requires someone with a strong background in product marketing, who can turn insights into actionable strategies and engaging campaigns that educate & excite customers. Your focus will be on orchestrating impactful go-to-market plans, developing feature adoption campaigns, and collaborating across teams to lift product adoption, retention, and expansion revenue opportunities.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Understand Tradify’s value proposition, customer personas, and pain points to craft compelling, customer-focused messaging that drives engagement.
  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) efforts across Tradify to both prospects and customers, driving internal enablement, cohesive messaging, and effective feature adoption.
  • Develop and execute a product communications strategy to enhance feature understanding and usage, including developing feedback loops and working with the research team.
  • Develop engaging content in a variety of formats that support acquisition, adoption, and retention goals.
  • Work closely with the Customer Experience team developing experiments that drive expansion revenue through cross-sells and upsells.
  • Create and manage a reporting framework to measure the success of product engagement initiatives to inform strategic direction.
  • Collaborate to develop materials and messaging that enable and provide ongoing support for external partners.
