About Us

We’re Watchful. We build security tech that chews through millions of IoT signals (cameras, door access, sensors) and spits out only what matters. AI, object detection, LLMs, all the buzzwords, but actually in production.

About the Role

We need a Software Engineer who doesn’t want to be a ticket monkey. This isn’t Jira factory line work. You’ll own big, gnarly pieces of the product, make calls without a committee, and ship ship ship..! 🚢

One week you’re rolling out an AI feature that tells a site what’s broken, the next, you’re cranking on our ingestion pipeline so it doesn’t fall over under millions of events.

Tech Stack

Ideally: TypeScript, C#, REST APIs, React. But honestly? If you can learn fast and ship, we don’t care what stack you came from.

What You’ll Do

  • Take an idea, build it and ship it.
  • Work across product, design, infra, sales. No silos, no hiding.
  • Put the customer at the centre. Not “because we said so” because shipping useless features is a waste of your time.
  • Use your initiative: You’re comfortable driving your own work forward without needing constant direction.
