The Role

We’re looking for our first demand generation hire: a hands-on marketing generalist who can build and own the growth engine that drives pipeline. This is about putting measurable revenue on the board.

You’ll work alongside with the Founder, to design, launch, and optimize campaigns that generate qualified leads and convert them into opportunities. Every experiment, every dollar spent, and every piece of content you ship should tie back to pipeline.

Our product is phenomenal. Agentic AI operators that detect and stop crime in real time. Every week we process over 14 million security signals, helping police and security services act faster and smarter. Users in our system are catching over 3500 people every year.

What You’ll Own

This role spans strategy and execution. You’ll set the plan, run the campaigns, and prove the results.

  • Paid Acquisition: Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and other performance channels.
  • SEO & SEM: Own search visibility and turn organic traffic into lead flow.
  • Content for Conversion: Drive blog, LinkedIn, and case study content that feeds pipeline.
  • Lifecycle & Nurture: Build email and retargeting flows to move leads through the funnel.
  • Analytics & Attribution: Track, report, and refine based on cost per lead, conversion rate, and pipeline contribution.
  • GTM Alignment: Partner with sales and product to ensure marketing directly fuels deals.

  • Pipeline sourced and influenced directly by marketing.
  • CAC under control, LTV growing.
  • Campaigns launched and optimized quickly: no “analysis paralysis.”
  • Clear attribution: you can prove what’s working and cut what isn’t.
  • A repeatable growth playbook that scales with the company.

    • Who You Are

  • 2+ years in growth, demand gen, or marketing roles where revenue was the north star.
  • You’ve run paid campaigns and managed budgets.
  • You know SEO basics and can get content ranked.
  • You understand B2B funnels and sales motions.
  • You’re a self-starter: no one has to tell you where to start.

  • You’ve worked in an early-stage SaaS or security startup.
  • You’ve owned a pipeline or revenue target before.
