About Us:
We're a fast-growing start-up founded by New Zealander - and second time-founder - Joshua Parsons, who now lives in Austin, Texas. Backed by some of Australasia's largest venture capital firms, and with multiple millions of dollars of pipeline converting, we're investing in growing our Sales Development team for on site in Austin.
So what are we doing day in and day out?
We've built agentic artificial intelligence tools that help stop crime. We're making a real impact, processing over 14 million signals every week (with 1m new signals added every week), scouring what feels like endless data for crime, and making sure the Police and Law Enforcement are equipped with all the information to respond to a crime.

About the role
We can't teach attitude or cultural fit. So your interview will be to ensure you have a great attitude and you'll fit within our culture.

So what will you do day in, day out?
You will be aggressively growing our sales pipeline - cold calling, hustling alongside our Founder and Director of Market Development, to generate leads and interest and pass them through to our sales team.
You will be cold calling hundreds of businesses everyday, so if you're uncomfortable with rejection, consider this before applying.
What does good look like?
You will be measured on the following key KPI’s
Cold Calls Made: You should be making 80–100 high-quality outbound calls per day. Energy and volume matter.
Qualified Meetings Booked: Targeting qualified meetings booked per week.
Show-Up Rate: Aiming for 75%+ of your booked demos to attend.
Pipeline Value Generated: Tracked monthly based on the potential value of opportunities created through your outreach.
Speed to Lead: Respond to inbound or referred leads within 5 minutes. Urgency wins deals.
CRM Accuracy: Clean data, clear notes, and every touchpoint logged - because sloppy data kills pipeline.
Your mission is simple: fill the top of the funnel with quality opportunities, and do it with urgency, consistency, and hunger.
We’ll back you with tools, support, and coaching - but you bring the fire.

Financial remuneration
Salary range $55,000-$75,000 depending on experience
Commissions for a total on target earning range of $110,000-$200,000

Background, skills & and experience
We are looking for someone who has the following skills & experience:
Excellent English communication, both written and verbal. Non-negotiable
No criminal record and able to pass a background check
Sales background might give you some advantage, but not necessary
A natural leader. The absence of leadership experience is not of concern to us but your natural ability to lead will be closely analysed.
Self-starter with strong initiative
3 years minimum in a professional office environment
Work Week
~40+ hours per week
Monday - Friday
