Product Developer
Wellumio
Acme is a user and market-led hospitality product brand and a mainstay of the café scene. Our products are used daily in cafés, restaurants and homes, and we are continuing to grow globally. We’re a small, ambitious team. You’ll work directly with the owners. There’s no corporate layering here. You’ll be at the coalface, helping shape how products are developed, documented and delivered as we scale.
The Role
This is a hands-on product development role with real responsibility.
You’ll sit between concept and production, ensuring products are properly engineered, prototyped, documented and consistently manufactured. You’ll help lift quality standards, strengthen development systems and support a more consistent product release cadence.
We are also actively working to improve sustainability across materials, packaging and manufacturing. This role will contribute through practical, production-led improvements that increase utilisation and reduce waste.
This role suits someone with solid technical capability who is ready to take ownership and grow. The ideal person will be a team player, energetic, with a willingness to jump in and help others!
