About you
This role will best suit someone who has a passion for learning new technologies, is tech agnostic, and embraces innovation, meaningful change, and the positive impact it has for us and our clients.
You will also bring:
- 5+ years Full-Stack Development experience
- Exposure to Agile and Continuous Delivery approaches, including Continuous Integration, TDD, Infrastructure as Code.
- Deep expertise using Javascript, including time in React and Node.js, AWS Cloud, GitHub and Github Actions.
- Knowledge of third-party services including Segment, New Relic, Stripe.
Ideal candidates will have a background in playing golf, at a social or competitive level. Please outline your golf expertise in your resume or cover letter.

You will have a can-do attitude and speak up when you identify opportunities for Circles to provide additional value to our customers. About the role
Circles Full Stack Developers have ownership over our web-based front-end, back-end, and API’s which service multiple applications and third-party platforms. You’ll be experienced in problem solving across the stack to deliver meaningful outcomes for Circles customers. The role will involve:
- Development, management and improvement of API contracts.
- Architecting, building and managing exciting new ways to visualize data, in collaboration with our design and data science team. You will manage the full lifecycle of new feature development and continually improve on existing functionality.
- Writing clean and functional code, always looking for opportunities to improve.
- Working in a collaborative environment where everyone's ideas are valued.
- Giving input and direction into the product roadmap.
Our Engineering team possess strong verbal and written communication skills, whether in one-on-one or group situations. They can communicate complex ideas, goals and problems in a way that is accessible to a variety of audiences (e.g. internal team vs. client meetings).
